  2. Items from buyfromauction.in are sold as-is without any warranty. Please disregard warranty information (if any) listed in the product descriptions.
  3. Email is the only communication channel through which the Customer Care team will reach out to customers and vice versa.
  4. Email complaints tagging people other than customer.care@buyfromauction.in from inside or outside of the organization may not be considered for scrutiny.
  5. After a complaint is raised, the Customer Care team will revert with an update within 7 business days.
  6. Return/ refund claims will be scrutinized based on evidence furnished by the customer. As a general rule, customers need to submit a product unboxing/ unpacking video with proper clarity. CCTV footage may not be considered for evaluation. Customers may also need to furnish additional evidence in the form of photos, videos, etc., if asked for.
  7. Every return/ refund case will be subject to verification and processed at the sole discretion of the Customer Care team. The Customer Care team’s decision for return/ refund of product(s) will be final.
  8. For cases such as extra amount collected, expired grocery & beauty products, etc., which are deemed eligible for direct refund, the Customer Care team will furnish a refund form after verification of case details. Once the form is filled in and submitted by the customer, the refund process will be initiated.
  9. If any product is found eligible for return, the customer care team will arrange pickup within 7 business days after the complaint is validated. In such cases, no refunds will be made if the customer fails to return the product in as received condition. In the event of an unsuccessful pickup, a maximum of 2 additional attempts will be made. However, if the pickup is unsuccessful due to cancellation by the customer, no further attempt will be made.
  10. The refund process will be initiated after the product is returned to the origin location and the refund form is submitted by the customer.
  11. Funds will be transferred to the bank account provided by the customer in refund form within 30 days from the date of form submission (provided that the claim is validated by the Customer Care team).
